Sir John Hayes challenges the Government's Chagos surrender Bill amid nuclear weapon fears.

The Pelindaba Treaty, enforced since 2009, of which Mauritius is a signatory, establishes an intended African nuclear-free zone. The Chagos Bill will not only undermine our national and operational security, but also world security.
